artistryhost

$75 a month. $50 if you pay annually.

Honest pricing for honest businesses. No per-booking percentage. No 6% surcharge passed to your guests at checkout. Cancel any time.

Monthly
$75per month

Cancel any time. The on-ramp.

Start monthly
Annual prepay (save $300)
$50per month, billed annually

$600/year. Recommended. Funds our roadmap, not a sales team.

Start annual

Same product on both plans. Monthly cancels any time. Annual is paid in full in exchange for the discount. No contract, but no mid-year refunds.

What's included on every plan.

Square POS sync
Tax, tip, and revenue come through as separate line items in Square reporting.
Gift cards: checkout and in-person
Gift cards redeemable at booking checkout AND at the counter, with split tender that mixes gift-card balance and a card automatically. No reconciling by hand at month-end.
Your pixel, your data
Your Meta and Google pixels fire on your own domain. Conversion data goes to your ad accounts, not a third-party reporting layer.
Operator-keeps-it service fee
Optional service fee at checkout that goes to you, not us. The FareHarbor fee, except you keep every dollar.
Card-on-file booking
Book now, pay in-store. Card on file holds the seat; no prepayment required for venues that prefer it.
Free CSV migration
Free import from Bookeo, FareHarbor, Peek, Toast, or Square Appointments. We preload your calendar and email your guests about the change.
Group bookings
Private parties, corporate buyouts, deposits, waivers. The whole workflow.
Embedded checkout
Inline on your site. No redirect, no surprise fees on the guest.
Daily run sheet
The view your host stand actually needs. Not a generic appointment dashboard.
Analytics dashboard
Bookings, revenue, and fill rate in one view. The numbers you actually run the business on, not vanity charts.
Guest database
Notes, allergies, party history. CRM enough for a small team, not bloated.
Help center + video walkthroughs
Searchable docs and video walkthroughs that answer the question. No call queue.

We get paid for the software. You keep what you earn.

Modeled on $30,000/month in bookings, the volume of a busy paint-and-sip studio, a small tasting room, or a four-night-a-week candle bar. The percentage platforms charge you more when you do better. We don't.

Where ArtistryHost actually wins.

Bookeo's $40 looks cheap until you see what the integration leaves on the table. The percentage platforms cost more, and operators have reported held funds, slow checkouts, and long contracts. Here's the feature-by-feature breakdown, with sources for every claim.

Sources, in plain English:

¹ Tock 3-year contract:reported across operator reviews; CellarPass published a detailed teardown citing "3-year contract commitments and steadily increasing pricing" (cellarpass.com).

² Bookeo Square tax:from Bookeo's own support docs: "It is not possible to track taxes for Square E-commerce payments for bookings in Square." Bookeo's recommended workaround is to bolt on Xero. (support.bookeo.com)

³ FareHarbor checkout speed:"14-second spinning wheel of death" reported by an operator who saw a 25% sales drop; corroborated by multiple G2 and Trustpilot reviews mentioning slow checkout especially with add-ons.

FareHarbor held funds: reported repeatedly on G2 and Trustpilot.

Peek Pro held funds: one operator reported $16,000 held over a two-week period requiring 50+ phone calls to resolve; another reported account-level payout freezes triggered by issuing a single refund (Trustpilot reviews of peekpro.com).

Honest answers.

Why no per-booking percentage?
Because every other platform charging one is making more from your busiest months than from your software. We built the math the other direction. Flat fee, your volume is yours. When you grow, you keep it.
Do you take the payment, or does Square?
Square does. Funds go to your existing Square deposit account on your normal schedule. We never touch your money. That's a structural difference from platforms that sit between you and your processor, where held funds have been a recurring operator complaint.
What if I want to cancel?
Monthly cancels any time, with no contract, no commitment, and no cancellation fee. Annual is paid in full in exchange for the discount, so we don't refund mid-year prepayments. If flexibility matters more than the discount, the monthly plan is built for exactly that.
Will my guests see a fee at checkout?
No. The 6% surcharge that surprises guests at FareHarbor and Peek Pro isn't part of our model. The price you set is the price your guest sees.
Are there any setup fees?
No. No setup, no onboarding fee, no per-user charge. $75 monthly or $50 annually. That's the whole price list.
What about support?
We invest in self-serve: searchable docs and a video walkthrough library. Email support is real and answered by the team. We don't run a call center because the products that do are charging you $2,000 a month.
